Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited (MILe'S City) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Ramky Infrastructure Limited. MILe'S City has a mandate for development of integrated Eco-Industrial Park in Dighi Port Industrial Area in an extent of 1000 Hectares along the Delhi – Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), enabling industrial growth aligned with national corridor programs. The proposed project is structured on PPP model to be developed in joint association with MIDC for a concession of 95 years including 5 years of project development in phases.
Backed by Government of Maharashtra, MILe'S City aims in creating a world-class industrial infrastructure that provides state-of-the-art infrastructure with sustainable practices, fostering growth in manufacturing with a focus on Life Sciences Sector.
Ramky Infrastructure Limited is a multi-disciplinary organisation focused in urban infrastructure, environmental & waste management infrastructure with special emphasis on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
With pan-India and international presence it has completed 90 building projects (2002–2011) across sectors. JN Pharmacity, Visakhapatnam is the only industrial park in Andhra Pradesh recognized by UNIDO as an eco-industrial park, spanning 2,400+ acres.
Group's Success: Development of integrated sustainable Eco-industrial park Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City, Visakhapatnam in an extent of 2429 Acres on PPP model in joint association with APIIC. The JNPC park was master-planned by JTC Jurong Corporation, Singapore.
